Delivery usually takes 2-3 business days and delivery times are Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.

Our goal is to introduce you to the roasters we discover, know, and love. Each month we offer in-season single-origin coffees and blends, including our acclaimed house espresso and cold brew coffee.
Coffee Gradient's strong partnerships with our coffee resources and imports allows us to bring you the highest quality coffees from all over the world.
We offer a variety of coffees, including single origin, blend, espresso, fdrip bags coffee and more. If you got any questions, feel free to contact us for brewing tips!
To offer peak flavor, we offer coffee beans within 2–4 weeks after roasting here in our factory here in Hong Kong.
To ensure you are getting the freshest coffee, we offer whole beans and advise our customers to grind them right before serving.
Storage and Freshness | 保鮮及儲存
Freshly roasted coffee whole coffee beans can last up to a whole year in a sealed package. Once opened, we recommend using the beans between 5-30 days to enjoy the fresh tasting coffee.
We roast our coffee fresh to order in our factory in Kwai Chung, Hong Kong.
Yes! To offer peak flavor, we offer coffee beans within 2–4 weeks after roasting here in Hong Kong.

If you received wrong product, please keep the original package and get in touch with us at dl@coffeegradient.com within 3 working days and we will be more than happy to sort out a replacement for you.
